FilDA's lending protocol was exploited on the Elastos Smart Chain (ESC) and REI Network on April 23. Attackers exploited abandoned zero-balance asset pools and manipulated deposit/borrow operations to drain approximately $700K. The exploit leveraged the bridging mechanism and targeted deprecated markets that only existed on ESC and REI, which were subsequently halted pending security review.

Multi-chain lending protocol FilDA released a vulnerability exploit statement saying that it was attacked earlier today on the Elastos Smart Chain (ESC) and REI networks, causing losses of approximately $700,000. No other FilDA deployments were affected. Vulnerabilities identified and attack vectors isolated.
